Constitutional Laws protect your freedom

This excellent interview with Jacquie Dundee explains how important it is for people to understand their rights under the Constitution and the limitations of government, Despite governments around the world acting as though they have the unlimited powers of dictators, the Constitution is what gives enumerated heads of power their authority.

We currently have many unconstitutional laws in Australia and the only way they can be struck out and invalidated in whole or part is by taking the case to the High Court and for the judges to make a ruling based on the case presented.

Now while many freedom activists ask for donations to fund their cases, the vast majority of cases do not set precedents but are private matters, with private rulings that have no bearing on the laws and even if people go in for all the right reasons, believing their cases have solid arguments, the lawyers that take the cases, do a number of things to sabotage the cases including not filing the correct paperwork, not filing the right argument or selecting the right defendants, etc.. essentially setting up the case for failure or winning on technicalities that have zero bearing on taking down bad laws.

Jacquie Dundee, Constitutional Law Defender says, that the Constitution is the Supreme law of the land and a restraint on government. Laws that parliament enact that go against the Constitution can be challenged through the judicial system and struck down and invalidated in whole or part.

There are currently a writ challenging the under 16 social media ban accepted by the High Court and also other cases involving land rights, medical freedom, etc.. that aim to strike down bad laws that affect all Australians.

It is important that all Australians understand their rights under the Constitution.

Watch full interview which discusses, the deceit, illusions, corruption, collusion, removal of licenses of lawyers who challenge the system, how private citizens can take their own cases to court, identifying cases that actually move forward to strike out bad laws, how the system works, raising awareness and educating people, bad actors, No Jab No Pay, No Jab No Play, various law suits, heads of power, rights under the Constitution, undue influence (incentives and fines) that force compliance, lack of informed consent, malfeasance, destruction of evidence, loopholes, etc

I have seen the writs and we will soon see if the High Court firstly issues an injunction before 10th December 2025 and secondly whether it will rule in favour of the plaintiffs and invalidate in whole or part laws relating to the social media ban for under 16s.

It was a very candid conversation and a couple of days after recording this interview, the writ that was rejected initially (hear the story in the interview) was accepted by the High Court.

We also discuss cases that effect land rights, border closures, mandates, vax compensation schemes, quarantining, bio-security, telecommunications, overturning bad laws through the high court, case against the e-safety commissioner.

It's very important that people understand their rights under the Constitution and Jacqui breaks this subject down in lay man terms which is incredibly empowering.

The problem is that if we cannot rely on the Constitution, we are left with is complete social breakdown. The Hands behind the Agenda rely on the same systems in order to exert their power and it is the ignorance and lack of knowledge that is used to enslave people.

I wrote an article on this in 2022 https://uncensoredwisdom.com/criminal/ and this is the continuation of that story.

"Major developments surrounding the policing of the many reported and ignored covid and vaccine crimes. This lays bare and exposes a shocking, nationally co-ordinated and deliberate suppression of all crimes relating to covid, vaccines and the pandemic. There is no denying it now. We reveal what the police, government, judiciary and regulators have done and why."

This story has been incredibly suppressed, by both the mainstream media and the controlled opposition alternative media, and highlights how captured the UK system is. We are witnessing unprecedented deaths and injuries and yet, no one has been held accountable.

According the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the civilian labor force with disability rose from . 6 million to 8.8 million. That's a 46.6% increase. Almost a factor of 1.5 times over the last 5 years.

COMMON AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Common law develops within the framework set by the Constitution. Common law develops by judges interpreting constitutional principles and adapting to constitutional requirements, rather than being directly created by the Constitution.

Administrative law is a specialized branch within the common law system that specifically governs the powers, procedures, and decisions of government agencies, ensuring they act within their legal authority

When it comes to individual cases, these are often fought using administrative or common law. I found Warren Black's course on this very helpful because you don't necessarily need to bring a machine gun to a knife fight and there are often easy remedies to legal cases, that can be resolved for less cost and effort if you understand the process and what is required of you.

I recently won a case for my daughter at the Administrative review tribunal involving thousands of dollars in alleged debt and this is going to an issue as governments use data matching systems that are inherently flawed. The system will also catch people out that have done nothing wrong. It's a case of proving oneself innocent as opposed to the State proving guilt and it's better to know your rights before an issue arises than to be scrambling to do both, while a case is in play.

Most people do not put enough time into education on legal or health matters and it's really important that they do. Strategy is incredibly important and having the right documentation to prove your case and seeing the big picture of what is happening in the world.

The Social Media Under 16 ban is important to strike out because it affects the privacy of all Australians but even if we win on that front, the platforms themselves are implementing systems to control information and to bring in an Orwellian control grid that is not just about surveillance but mind control.

In the video below it talks about how the Australian government is requesting that VPNs be blocked and forcing users to login or else have a highly filtered version of the search. In the UK and EU, they are looking to read encrypted private messages and to pass Chat Control, and various states in the US are passing very similar laws.

The end goal is to have zero privacy online and a social credit, digital ID system but various ways the circumvent the system will develop because fundamentally policing the internet entirely is impossible.

The technocrats are relying on users for advertising dollars but at the same time they want to control the information being put online.

All the billions invested in AI, is a huge bubble that will come crashing down. They rely on our participation but we simply have to remove our consent, and the jig is up.

CONCLUSION

There is a lot happening right now on multiple fronts from farming being under attack to the various challenges being brought up in the courts; to the many earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, voluntary conscription in Germany, conflicts over immigration, unbelievable levels of government corruption to sudden deaths of young people, spiraling rates of disease, labor shortages, ongoing genocides in various parts of the world but it's important to stay positive and grounded.

These things will pass.

A ballooning 7.6 billion project to build transmission lines to connect renewable energy to the grid is being vehemently opposed by farmers who have blocked access to surveyors. The government passed compulsory access legislation to gain access to farming land. This is unconstitutional and needs to be challenged in the high court but in the meantime, farmers and their supporters are putting up a fight. VicGrid’s Spanish partner is the global energy giant Iberdrola was selected as the development partner for the Victorian section of the VNI West transmission project, a proposed interconnector linking Victoria and New South Wales to connect renewable energy to the grid. Renewable energy being transported hundreds of kilometers away, makes no sense and doesn’t the unpredictable and fluctuating output of renewables make the entire grid more unstable? The project has already increased from 3.6 to 7.6 billion, which is more than double. Who wants to bet that the final cost will be substantially higher than that?

Unbelievable. “Australian parents could find their own social media accounts restricted or blocked if they allow their children to use them under the nation’s new age-verification laws, eSafety officials have admitted during a Senate hearing. The revelation came after Nationals Senator Matt Canavan pressed officials for the eSafety Commissioner over whether children would still be able to watch YouTube videos using their parents’ accounts once the ban on under-16s takes effect. ‘They can look at YouTube videos in a logged-out state, yeah, or even on their parents’ account,′ said Heidi Snell, General Manager of Regulatory Operations at eSafety. ’They may assess that the user of the account is underage” But when Canavan asked whether that could result in his own account being blocked, Snell conceded: ‘They (platforms) may restrict the rights of the user of the account.’ Canavan was stunned. ‘So if I was allowing my child as a parent to use my account to look at content, they’d block my account? That’s a nightmare,’ he said. Canavan later told the Daily Mail: ’Parental rights in Australia officially end on December 10 when the draconian social media campaign comes into effect. ‘This is a sledgehammer to crack a nut. It is not going to reduce the harm of social media by much, but it will create a whole lot of other problems’. Earlier, Canavan argued the ban ignores the positive aspects of social media, sharing personal stories about family bonding over educational content. This is what happens when the government ignores the constitution.” What’s really terrible is that this generation of children were subject to draconian covid lockdowns that forced them online, where they built alternative lives and now they are being locked out of that world, like they were locked out of schools and daily life. Have authorities even considered the psychological harm and trauma being inflicted on the people from these constant attacks on freedom, especially the children! High Court challenge underway but in the meantime, people will just do their own thing. The Australian government is eroding all public trust. | 14 comments on LinkedIn

Nita Farahany is featured on WEF Forum. Her work reveals what technology is capable of and the battle for your minds. She is professor of law and philosophy at Duke Law school. Neuroscience has benefits but also a very dark side. The most intense interview that I have ever done was with Professor James Giordano who explained the very complex issues around brain science and the potential abuses by nefarious beings that can use this technology against humanity. A Turkish Civil Court’s appellate chamber has ruled that a husband liking other women’s photos on social media can be considered behavior that harms marital stability, setting a precedent for future cases. A woman from Kayseri argued that her husband’s likes showed disrespect, damaged trust, and threatened their family life, and she sought 5,000 Turkish lira in alimony plus over half a million lira in compensation. The first court found the husband “gravely guilty” and ordered him to pay 40,000 lira in material compensation, 40,000 in moral compensation, and 750 lira in alimony. New Zealand whistleblower Barry Young is set to return to court on the 11th of December. Young, the former administrator of the country’s pay-per-dose jab database, released anonymised data after observing what he believed to be a concerning rise in deaths. The data, which contained no personal identifiers, prompted analysts to warn of serious safety concerns. Young was subsequently raided, arrested, and has spent nearly two years facing legal action. Prosecutors now argue he should be denied whistleblower protections due to a lack of “expert credentials,” despite their own expert not reviewing the full dataset. This case sets a new low for trust in institutions and the result will affect how people view the legal system in New Zealand; whether it can be trusted or not.

EU regulations state that if a case of pox is detected in any herd, the entire flock must be culled. It’s crazy how around the world, the mass culling of animals under biosecurity is happening to the degree that food prices are noticeably higher and there are shortages. In Greece, 400,000 sheep and goats have already been culled. It’s no wonder farmers have been protesting, intensifying nationwide blockades demanding unpaid subsidies and full compensation for crop and animal losses. Disturbing to see this pattern repeat world wide. Almost like there is an agenda. 🤔 | 31 comments on LinkedIn

Age verification is going to affect companies hosting their corporate videos because many users are simply not going to verify their age to watch their videos. I can see things backfiring spectacularly . This could actually be the straw that breaks the camel’s back when it comes to the economic system too, triggering the AI bust. Think about how many businesses rely on social media sites for advertising, hosting videos, under 16 content creators, messaging, etc...and now a barrier to entry has been created that people may not cross. I wonder how many businesses have put much thought into what they are going to do. Do they have email lists? Host their own media? Alternative advertising channels. The battle front is intensifying in the country with farmers who have never protested filling Shady Creek hall and sharing their grievances. The corporate mafia don’t care. How do they sleep at night. Trampling on people’s rights. Time for Australians to stand together and end this over reach. I heard a theory that Australia is earmarked to become one big mine and frankly it doesn’t sound far fetched right now. Prime agricultural land is being turned into industrial, which will have generational consequences. This cannot be our legacy. Australia turned into a toxic waste land. This is the land of the dream time. A natural wonder. A spiritual home. Source https://lnkd.in/gyFkKgyj | 13 comments on LinkedIn

Desperation. The e-Safety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant is defending the upcoming social media ban by claiming that Australians have “very low levels of trust in social media companies, and much higher levels of trust in government.” So if Australians have such low level trust, why then are trusting them with our biometrics. Why give them more data? Incidentally Julie Inman-Grant was called to appear before US Congress to give evidence into how Australian laws “threaten” the free speech of Americans. A letter signed by Jim Jordan accused the eSafety Commissioner of being “a zealot for global takedowns”. It requested she give testimony before the committee within the next two weeks, by 2 December. Seems, Julie Inman-Grant has ignored that request. Will there be consequences for her? Source https://lnkd.in/g9NQYmbW https://lnkd.in/gAMGX8Gt | 22 comments on LinkedIn

Costco sues Trump administration over tariffs. “Multinational retail giant Costco has sued the US government to secure a full refund of import duties if the Supreme Court rejects President Donald Trump’s authority to impose tariffs without congressional approval. Costco’s lawsuit urges the federal trade court to declare Trump’s ‘emergency’ tariffs illegal, an authority the president says he has under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). Two lower courts have already ruled that Trump exceeded his authority by using emergency powers to impose tariffs. The case has now reached the Supreme Court, and several companies are trying to protect their rights to refunds should the justices strike down the tariffs. In the lawsuit filed over the Thanksgiving holiday, Costco said its business had suffered because of the tariffs and was concerned it wouldn’t get its money back even if the apex court upheld previous rulings. Lawyers for Costco said a “separate action is necessary” as a refund is not guaranteed “in the absence of their own judgment and judicial relief”. The world’s third-largest retailer didn’t say how much it was seeking back but trade data from the US customs agency shows importers like Costco have already paid about $90 billion in IEEPA-related tariffs as of late September.” Source 👇 https://lnkd.in/g9QbKRMk
